Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Pre-Loved & Vintage Items
Our inventory may consist of used, vintage, and second-hand items, which may show signs of wear. We do our best to accurately describe each item’s condition, including any flaws or imperfections. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are buying pre-owned items as-is.
3. Sizing & Condition Disclaimer
We provide size which is on labels (unless stated otherwise) and descriptions to help you make informed decisions. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing issues or minor imperfections typical of second-hand items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or an item that is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. While we do not offer refunds, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier to resolve any delivery issues.
