Key points

• 14 days from delivery to request a return
• Items must be unworn, in the condition sent, with the Low Supplier security tag attached and intact
• You arrange and pay for return postage
• Sale items: store credit only
• Refund within 14 days of your item reaching us

How to start a return

1. Log in to your account at lowsupplier.co.uk, open your order and request a return. You can also email us at contact@lowsupplier.co.uk with your order number.
2. We review every request. Once approved, we email you the return address and instructions.
3. Put a note inside the parcel with your order number and name.
4. Post your item within 14 days of your return request. Late returns will not be accepted. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for and insured service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO OUR REGISTERED OFFICE. Only send items once your return has been approved, to the address in your approval email. Parcels sent to any other address cannot be accepted.

Our security tag

Every item is sent with a Low Supplier security tag and photographed at dispatch. You are welcome to try your item on with the tag in place, as you would in a shop.

Items that have been worn, or are returned with the tag removed, damaged or replaced, will not be refunded, as their value has been reduced in full. At our discretion we can post the item back to you at your cost.

If a returned item does not match our dispatch records, we will contact you before processing the return.

Your refund

We inspect every return on arrival and refund within 14 days of receiving it, to your original payment method.

Delivery charges: if you return your whole order, we refund our standard delivery charge of £3.85. If you chose a faster or premium delivery option, only £3.85 is refunded. If you return only part of an order, delivery is not refunded. Return postage is not refunded.

Prefer store credit? Just ask and we will issue it for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months.

Sale items

Items bought in a sale or with a discount code can be returned for store credit only. The same 14-day, unworn and tag-attached conditions apply.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and fragrance are sent sealed and cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we will put it right. We cover return postage on these items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Pre-owned items

Our items are pre-owned and may show signs of previous use, which we describe and photograph in each listing. Wear that is described or shown in the listing is not a fault. Sizes are taken from the item's label unless stated otherwise, so please check the measurements and details before buying.

Cancellation form

You can use this form, or any clear statement, to tell us you are cancelling. Please email it to contact@lowsupplier.co.uk.
